What is Nailboo's Loyalty program
Our loyalty program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points every time you shop as well as get early access to exclusive drops and launches. You can redeem your points for discounts, exclusive products, and special rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months.
Are my free gifts refundable or exchangable?
No, free gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your free item was damaged, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
I referred a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?
Your friend must make their first purchase using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!.
How do Loyalty tiers work?
When you join Nailboo Loyalty, you’re automatically enrolled in our VIP level. Spend $250 within 12 months to reach Royalty level. Spend $500 within 12 months to reach Elite level.
How do I use my points?
Redeeming your points is easy! Please note in order to use a $20 off redemption you need to spend at least $50. To use a $40 off redemption you need to spend at least $100. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout!
When will I get my birthday reward?
If your birthday is more than 30 days away when you sign up, you’ll receive your reward on your birthday. If your birthday is less than 30 days away, there’s a 30-day waiting period before your reward becomes available.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Discount codes must be entered on the checkout page before confirming your order. Unfortunately, they can’t be added after purchase. If you forgot to apply a code, just contact our support team with your order number and the promo code details, and w
