Lost packages
At Nailboo, we’re committed to getting your order to you in perfect condition! If your order gets lost in transit, just contact us with your order number and details. Sometimes, USPS can experience delays, but if your order hasn't moved for more than 3 business days or shows an exception, let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
Damaged packages
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged package. Please report it to us within 4 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage.
We’ll review the details and arrange a replacement or refund if needed. 😊
